It started with a simple observation: thousands of foreigners were arriving in Thailand every month, each facing the same confusing maze of visas, housing contracts written in Thai, and social isolation that no guidebook could fully prepare them for.
Our founder arrived in Bangkok in 2016 with two suitcases and an enormous optimism. What followed was six months of costly mistakes, missed deadlines, and the kind of loneliness that can shadow even the most breathtaking sunsets over the Chao Phraya River.
Rather than just adapt quietly, the decision was made to build something that didn't yet exist — a genuine, expert-backed, community-powered platform that treats every expat's journey with the respect and clarity it deserves.
