You waive any objection to the laying of jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within sixty (60) days of the initial written notice, either party may elect to submit the dispute to mediation administered under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) or an agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

If mediation fails or is not elected, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand, as described in Section 9 above. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English or Thai, as agreed by the parties or directed by the applicable authority.

Notwithstanding the above, SOLAFIDE ENDEAVORS INC. reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

11. Modification of Terms

SOLAFIDE ENDEAVORS INC. reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
